progressive discipline matters, there is an understanding that employees will be allowed to rehabilitate themselves. Progressive discipline is required except in cases involving the most extreme breaches of the fundamental understanding between every employee and employer that the employee will provide satisfactory work including obedience to reasonable rules and orders. Some of the more common exclusions from progressive discipline include theft, workplace violence, gross insubordination, and destruction of company property.

How it works

Your own indexed, searchable database.

Each organization gets a private, dedicated instance: your documents, your index, your subdomain. Nothing is shared between organizations.

01

We gather your documents

Share your CBAs, MOAs, and agreements. We handle ingestion, OCR processing, and indexing, no need for technical staff.

02

Your private instance goes live

You get a dedicated subdomain with login-gated access. Arbitration and ERB databases are included automatically.

03

Search in seconds, not hours

Find the leave language, the past practice evidence, or the relevant ERB order before your next session. Your team logs in from anywhere.
